We guarantee all of our products for 10 years. We are a second generation family business that lives locally. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau with an "A" rating. We are also the only shed and gazebo dealer in Maryland to have a Maryland Home Improvement License MD #101077.
We are Certified Heavy Equipment operators and we comply with all OSHA regulations and we have wide load blanket permits for Maryland Department of Transportation (must have DOT# and Company sign on all commercial vehicles in the state of Maryland over the size of 9'1" width). We have all licensing and insurances necessary to build, deliver, and operate in the state of Maryland.
We do building and grading permits for all counties of the state of Maryland for extra charge at customer’s request, and we are very versed in the different requirements that each Maryland county has. We are also going green with new green building materials and green roofs (living plants on roofs of sheds: see www.emoryknollfarms.com for more info), and we are doing rain barrels because run off sediments and fertilizers are polluting our bay and also erosion is a big problem for our state. We are also doing hard-scaping and foundations for structures as well.
